LOF, a well-known dairy brand in Vietnam, sought to do more than just market its products—it aimed to connect meaningfully with the next generation. Recognizing the growing need for career orientation among high school and university students, LOF envisioned a platform that would support youth development while positioning the brand as a trusted, value-driven partner in their journey.
To bring this idea to life, LOF partnered with MLTech Soft to design and develop a Career Guidance System that would educate, engage, and empower students—all while creating a deeper brand connection in an untapped demographic.
The Challenge: Bridging the Gap Between Students and Future Careers
While LOF’s core audience traditionally focused on families and children, the company saw an opportunity to extend its reach to older students—those on the brink of important life decisions, such as choosing a major or career path.
However, building an educational digital platform from scratch presented a series of challenges:
Lack of personalized career guidance for students: Most existing platforms offered general advice, but few delivered tailored, interactive career development experiences.
Scattered resources and limited access: Students often struggled to find credible, centralized information about different professions, education pathways, and job market realities.
Low engagement from digital-native users: Traditional educational content failed to hold the attention of Gen Z, who prefer interactive and visual formats.
Brand trust and positioning: LOF needed to create an authentic, value-driven platform—not one perceived as a marketing gimmick—to build genuine relationships with students.
Infrastructure demands: Features like livestreaming and real-time mentoring required a platform that could handle high user traffic and bandwidth without performance issues.

The Solution: A Multi-Channel Platform for Mentorship and Career Exploration
MLTech Soft began by building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to validate the concept with a pilot group of students. After confirming strong user demand and positive feedback, we proceeded to develop a full-scale Career Guidance System available across web and mobile platforms.

Career Library: A rich, categorized repository of career profiles, industry overviews, required qualifications, and real-world job insights—designed in a friendly, visual-first format.
Mentor–Student Connections: The platform allows users to connect with mentors from a wide range of fields for Q&A sessions, guidance, and shared experiences.
Interactive Livestream Events: Weekly expert panels and live Q&A sessions offer students real-time access to professionals, helping bridge the gap between education and the workplace.
Personalized User Experience: The system uses responsive design principles and dynamic content loading to adapt to user preferences, ensuring relevance and engagement.
From a technical perspective, the platform is powered by a hybrid infrastructure—combining on-premise servers for secure data management with cloud-based services to handle streaming and high-concurrency activities. This ensures cost optimization without sacrificing performance or stability.
The Result: 600K+ Students Engaged with Educational Brand-Driven Content
Since its official launch, the Career Guidance System has grown into one of LOF’s most impactful digital initiatives, reaching over 600,000 students nationwide. More than just a brand engagement channel, it has become a trusted educational resource for young people exploring their future.
