Field Sales App (Mobile + Tablet):
Sales reps and delivery staff use a cross-platform app to create orders, track inventory, manage customer visits, and log point-of-sale data—whether online or offline. Integrated GPS via Google Maps provides real-time location tracking, route optimization, and proof of delivery through geo-tagged check-ins.

Back-office Management Portal (Web):
Distributors and HQ administrators access a centralized dashboard to oversee operations, approve orders, manage pricing and promotions, and analyze performance through Power BI dashboards. The portal supports granular user roles and real-time syncing with internal ERP systems to ensure data accuracy across functions.

Key integrations include:

  • Microsoft Azure for secure, scalable deployment across multiple branches

  • Google Maps API for route planning and field activity monitoring

  • Power BI for dynamic sales and inventory reporting

  • Generative AI in the latest version for natural language queries, enabling users to ask business questions like “Top 10 SKUs by region last month” and get instant insights
